Press play and drag the slider to instantly compare the raw, uncompressed source footage with our real-time hardware-accelerated enhancement algorithms.
Press the Play button to begin the video loop. Click and drag the vertical slider across the video player to reveal the Tetrium Vision™ layer. Observe the significant differences in shadow detail, color vibrance, and edge sharpness.
This lab uses hardware-accelerated CSS and SVG filters to process video in real-time. Performance depends entirely on your local GPU capabilities.
What is Tetrium Vision™? When streaming compressed video, a significant amount of color data, contrast, and edge sharpness is lost to save bandwidth. Most video players output this flat, degraded image directly to your screen.
Tetrium Vision™ intercepts the raw video frame before it is painted to the display. Utilizing hardware-accelerated shaders on your local GPU, it applies dynamic contrast stretching, saturation balancing, and edge-enhancement convolution matrices.
The result is a pseudo-upscaled, vibrant image that is processed entirely in the browser at a buttery smooth 60 frames per second, without requiring extra bandwidth.
