Press play to generate a heavily degraded audio signal simulating voice masked by static. Engage the Neural Engine to instantly isolate and clean the signal using real-time Web Audio API filters.
Awaiting Audio Signal
Press the Start Signal button. You will hear a synthesized melody (representing our clean voice signal) entirely buried under loud, chaotic white noise. The oscilloscope will show a jagged, red waveform.
Click NEURAL ENGINE OFF to toggle it ON. Listen as the DSP filters instantly strip away the static, isolating the melody. Watch the oscilloscope transform into a smooth, clean blue wave.
What is Audio Restoration? When audio is recorded in the real world, it often contains background hiss, rumble, and static (white noise). This degrades the clarity of the primary signal, like a human voice.
The Tetrium Neural Engine⢠uses real-time Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to clean the audio stream. By activating a dynamic bandpass filter, it aggressively isolates the frequencies where human speech lives (roughly 300Hz to 3400Hz), cutting out the high-frequency hiss and low-frequency rumble.
It then passes the isolated signal through a Dynamics Compressor and Noise Gate, pushing the background noise floor down while boosting the volume of the primary signal.
